They are professional, show up on time, are friendly and do exactly what is agreed. In the case of the new laminate, we had water damage to the prior floor which is why we were replacing it. The installers showed me the areas where there was damage to the subfloor and did a good job repairing it to prepare for the new floor. Carpeting and laminate look awesome and best of all, the guys were very, very good with our dog, who thinks he is part of all projects! Highly recommend!”
